so it helps to know that my mindset at the time was influenced by having been transphobically sealioned at a temping agency earlier, as well as spontaneously turning up to a different temping agency without an appointment & actually landing with them after THOSE guys turned out to be cool.
I was on the tram (crowded tram) (just after 11 AM) on my way home full of adrenaline still, and saw my dad eating a banana on the platform. I could get out of the tram to say hi, but then i'd miss the tram, or worse, hold it up. What i COULD do, however, is sprint out of the tram as soon as the door opens, take a bite from the banana my dad is holding, and SPRINT back into the tram before the doors close. So That Is What I Did.
unfortunately now roughly half of the passengers of the tram were looking at me like I was suddenly some sort of feral spirit of hunger or perhaps a strange insect of some sort.* Fortunately, the truth was also the ONE sequence of words that could make what they had just witnessed okay. I went "das ist mein papa!!!" which is german for "thats my dad!!!!!"
My dad seemed genuinely delighted by this btw. the look on his face was fucking PRICELESS

As a butch woman who was once a wee butch girl, I can attest to the sheer power of this.
thinking about this older Black lesbian i met once (genuinely older, like, in her 50s), who said that while she's polyamorous she's not in a polycule, she's part of a galaxy. she explained that some people were planets, they were a big part of her life and very consistently present, others were comets, only in her life for a little while but enjoyably so, and others were moons, present, but not as present or consistent as others. and the way she talked about it and the smile on her face were both beautiful.
i just really love this idea. way too many polyamory set ups are like "this is my wife and my almost-wife", just echoing straight marriages with a small twist, and not only is this a model that breaks away from that, it also allows for like, the reality of how even the people who love you might not always be available, whether because of time or distance or disability, and that's okay. i think i might adopt this model, actually.
This post is for the he/him trans women and the she/her trans men and everybody who is pronoun nonconforming. You owe no explanation for why your pronouns are the way they are. I am so fucking glad to share a community and a space with you - you are effervescent, spectacular, and most importantly, you are love and you are loved by.

so apparently the detailed mspec lesbian carrd i really loved disappeared and has been replaced by an *anti* mspec lesbian carrd. no clue when so i mightve had the wrong thing linked for a while 🙃
anyone got any good / detailed carrds, posts, or resource pages abt mspec lesbians ? im trying to find a good replacement, tho tbqh i might just make my own carrd at this rate
this is really odd. i loved the old carrd as well, but it appears this one is trying.. to bait exclus into reading it or sending it to people? im not entirely sure what's going on here.

There’s also the Inclusive Lesbian Label History carrd , which covers not just mspec lesbians but non-binary, straight, he/him lesbians and lesbian men
